1. Processed foods

2. Vegan meat alternatives

Commercially produced vegan meat alternatives are made to closely resemble the taste and texture of animal products. Therefore, artificial flavors and binders are added to them in large quantities.

3. White rice

Rice is generally seen as a healthy and filling side dish. If they had to choose between bread and rice, many people felt they would make the healthier choice with rice.

4. Dry vegetable broths
